Metallic Resin and Wood Tables
The Metallic Blue Walnut table is made from a slab from locally sourced Walnut from the Royal Forest of Dean. GlassCast 50 pigmented with Electric Blue SHIMR metallic pigment powder was used to create this striking piece.
The Orange table was also made with locally sourced Oak. The resin river was cast using GlassCast 50, pigmented with Orange Fizz SHIMR which was left to cure before a clear layer of GlassCast 3 was poured on top to add depth to the river and to emphasise the live edges.
Thank you for sharing your work with us Malcolm, the tables are beautiful, in particular that orange against the grain of the Oak!
