The Dairy Milk Chocolate Table
William created this Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate and resin coffee table as a special request from a person who loves Dairy Milk chocolate.
This fun project was created by making a mould form with a layer of using GlassCast 50 resin poured into the mould. Then many layers of resin and chocolate bars were added to produce this 7" deep table top!
Once fully cured, the table top was demoulded and finished before being mounted on to white hairpin legs, to fit the Dairy Milk theme.
Thank you for sharing this project William, it's an amazing piece but we're sure more than one person has tried to pick up their favourite chocolate bar!ABOUT WILLIAM O'TOOLE
William lives in Hertfordshire in the UK and when he isn't making tables with resin he works in Production Finance in the Film & TV industry.
A few years ago William saw a video on YouTube of a coffee table made with pennies and he wanted to make his own. So he started with that and then decided to make a dining table with some rocks he collected on a trip to the Scottish Highlands.
He decided he needed more practise to achieve the results he wanted and set about getting lots of practical experience by creating 15 more tables - mainly for family and friends - and they look amazing!
