Wicked River Table
This 'Wicked' inspired resin river coffee table was created by Andy using GlassCast 50 and metallic pigments. Andy used the fractal burning technique to produce the stunning patterns alongside the river.
Thanks for sharing Andy, it's so unusual.
ABOUT ANDY CORDELL
Formed in 2018, after a friend tagged a river table photo post on social media "you could make that" he joked.
Andy was intrigued to learn the techniques used working with resin and Lightning Wood Design created its first River table. Andy followed the GlassCast Resin River Table online tutorial.
Lightning Wood Design try where possible to use locally sustainable wood material and enjoy to follow the 'create as you go' method. Andy exclusively uses GlassCast Resin and pigments as he finds them to be the best available on the market for his projects.
Andy burns the wood using the fractal burning process, and has perfected different styles of doing so to make his products truly unique.
Creating serving/ charcuterie boards, tables and wall hangings, Andy works with customers to create bespoke orders and past projects include a Mobile Catering Bar, Skateboards, Retail Counters for boutique shops and a Mini Gin Bar.
