English Yew and Blue Resin River Serving Boards

This project was Damian's first big project.

Using an English yew slab, Damian created a blue resin river slab using GlassCast 50 and metallic blue pigment. The large slab was then cut down into smaller individual boards the size of serving boards.

Damian finished each board by rounding off all the edges using a router before giving each piece a final flood coat with GlassCast 3.
