Plastic Demoulding Wedges
Smaller sized plastic demoulding wedges are used for the releasing/demoulding of smaller parts or resin castings. Compared with the chunky demoulding wedges these small, thin edged wedges are much more suitable for the careful releasing of thinner and smaller castings and can be used severally around the edge of a mould to facilitate release.
Available in small and medium size, sold individually.

These demoulding wedges feature a very sharp leading edge allowing them to easily pry under any moulding and the low friction polymer provides an easy drive-in whilst minimising the risk of damage to your moulds or casts. It is common practice to use multiple wedges around the perimeter of a particularly stubborn moulding as it will provide an even pressure and require less force than a single lever.
