Coronavirus (COVID-19) Latest Advice and Information

We are open and operational as normal but trade counter is Click&Collect only

Following the latest 'lock-down' announcement from the government on 01/11/2020, Easy Composites will continue to operate with all services including sales, customer service, technical support, online and order dispatch as normal. However, in line with government requirements, our our trade counter is now Click&Collect only further notice.

Click&Collect Orders

Under the new regulations, 'Click & Collect' orders are still permitted and we will continue to offer a Click&Collect service for orders placed and paid for online.

After placing an order online for collection; during working hours, please allow 2hrs for your order to be prepared. You can then use our trade counter to collect your order.

Please note that although the reception and trade counter are accessible for order collection, that is all we are allowed to offer. We are not permitted to offer sales at the counter or provide technical support.

Operating Status

We are open and operating almost as normal, including all sales, support and dispatch functions.

We do ask that customers understand that we are operating on reduced staff with a number working from home, in line with government advice. Whilst we are doing our best to minimise the impact on the service we offer, you might experience the odd barking dog or screaming child during this time!

It is also possible that safe working practices and staff isolation on any given day could mean that we are unable to dispatch all orders on our usual same day dispatch schedule. Whilst we are doing our best to ensure that we do dispatch on time, under the current conditions this may not always be possible. By placing an order with us at the moment you accept and understand the possibility of a delay in processing your order.

Courier Deliveries - Next Working Day is NOT Guaranteed

Whilst the majority of deliveries are still being made 'next-day', these are exceptional circumstances for couriers and we are aware of potential delays affecting all of our courier services including UPS, TNT, FedEx and Royal Mail and therefore all customers should be prepared for the possibility of delays or one or more days.

Whilst we appreciate that this might be disappointing or inconvenient, it is both understandable and outside of our control. This applies to all customers and all orders, if this isn't OK, please don't order from us.

International deliveries may also be delayed due to movement restrictions or locked-down areas.

Corporate Responsibility

Quite obviously these are unprecedented times for our country and the world. Easy Composites is committed to being a responsible business and puts the safety of our staff, our customers and the wider population as our top priority.

We have taken a number of measures including staff isolation measures, working from home for all staff that can and practical hygiene measures throughout the building to help minimise the spread of the virus in our workplace. We will continue to implement all government advice whilst at the same time continuing to serve our customers in a safe and responsible way.

Customer and Supplier Meetings

For the time being, we will not be holding any face-to-face meetings with customers or suppliers but will instead switch to remote meetings, through a variety of technologies, in order to continue to support customers and maintain relationships as well as possible during this time.
