Resin Barrier/Release Tape - 25mm
This special high quality tape is designed specifically for use as a barrier or release tape for industrial resins like epoxy. It is smooth, very strong, non-stretch and totally non-stick for epoxy resin making it incredibly useful for a wide range of epoxy resin applications.
There are so many ways you can use this tape with your GlassCast epoxy resin. For smaller projects the tape can be used as the resin barrier itself or for larger projects the tape can be applied to strips of any material to make a non-stick surface - perfect for turning wooden battens into non-stick resin barriers!

Yes the tape can be used in this way. However, it will leave slight edge lines where the edge of the tape is which will need to be sanded and polished out of the finished table for the very smoothest of finishes.
Against a flat surface, this should be possible. The tape is low tack so it needs to be pressed down well or it may leak. Apply the earing frame to the tape and carefully press all around from the front and the rear to ensure it is properly stuck in place.
