Resin and Honeycomb Knife Handle
Sean from Exmoor Blades hand makes these stunning knives by casting blanks before working the blocks into handles.
The blanks are created by casting GlassCast 50 pigmented with a mixture of pigments from various suppliers around or over interesting wood or aluminium honeycomb.
We think any collector would love to have an Exmoor Blades knife in their collection.
ABOUT EXMOOR BLADES
Due to personal reasons Sean started making knives as a way to relax.
It wasn't long before he found the temptation of working with resin too hard to resist as there were so many ways to use it for knife handles.
Sean carried out lots of research on the internet and found GlassCast Resin due to it's excellent reviews.
Sean tells us that he hasn't looked back as the resin is perfect for his application and the GlassCast 50 is his preferred choice. The only limitation with the resin is his imagination.
